Podalpski bluesman s prepoznavnim zrnatim baritonom je na domači sceni pustil pečat kot član garažnih rockerjev Dicky B. Hardy in kultnega dvojca Incurabili. Sledila je odločitev za samotno kantavtorsko pot, v tem času pa je nanizal kar nekaj presežnih izdaj, s katerimi si je prislužil naziv slovenskega barda v tradiciji legend, kot so Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave in Mark Lanegan. Niko Novak je samotni potnik, mrmrajoči kantavtor zrnatega glasu, ki je v glasbenem izražanju našel odvod v mešanici poezije, pripovedovanja in gledališča.
The subalpine bluesman with a recognizable grainy baritone has left his mark on the home scene as a member of the garage rock band Dicky B. Hardy and the cult duo Incurabili. Deciding to follow the road of a lone singer-songwriter, he has released several editions that have earned him the title of Slovenian bard in the tradition of legends such as Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, and Mark Lanegan. Niko Novak is the lonely traveler, a murmuring singer-songwriter of a grainy voice, that has found an outlet for his expression with the mix of poetry, storytelling, and theatre.
